The Chinese are really coming to the French Riviera.

My father used to joke about a moment where ' all the Chinese would come!' and see, he is right. The first to invest at the Cote d'Azur where the Russians, then the Brits, the Germans followed by the Scandinavian and the Dutch. And now the Chinese are coming. Yes, look around you and you will see rapidly more and more groups supposedly timid-looking Chinese who at the same time shamelessly buy entire vineyards and then export with a big smile the entire harvest back to China. Today, in real estate  the Chinese are the ones who are buying the most. Russians are also around with their oligarg dollars, but have still not translated the word 'polite' and they like to let you wait until you're blue. A Chinese is always on time and has a lot of money to spend. So we all have to go on a course Mandarin, which is now also online available. The proof is here; the new Campanile hotel in Nice is entirely in Chinese style. And hands. The Chinese tourist group Jin Jiang has recently become a partner of the French Louvre Hotels Group, owner of the Campanile chain. be prepared, from 2012 all Campanile hotels will be named Campanile-Jin Jiang. Time for a crash course in Chinese. Do you have 8 minutes?
